Important: Deleting your account is final–it can’t be undone, and all saved information will be removed forever.
On your phone
- Sign in to your account on the Hotelix website.
- Tap the pencil/edit icon next to your profile photo.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- When asked, reconfirm the permanent account removal by clicking Yes, delete.
On desktop
- Sign in to your account on Hotelix.
- Open Account → Manage account.
- Scroll down, click Delete my account.
Click Yes, delete to finish.
